when my body, is raging a war with me, when my mind lay mindlessly I come to find, that my troubles, stay troubling my precious time, weighing down, and buckling this crooked spine... but it's okay, its alright, create some comfort in your heart, proceed to fight, cut through the surface, there's a purpose place and time, there is meaning to this life when my body, is raging a war with me, I fight to swim through a relentless fucking tide, that's been pushing down my throat, thrashing to stay afloat, fighting to find the meaning, behind the purpose, I am uncertain, but I can certainly see the light, suddenly this ocean, it's not so empty, I'm not alone.... Because you may feel lost, or not good enough, you may feel imperfect, weighed down by imperfection, you are graceful, you are gracious, and you will heal with time, you will overcome, anxiety, animosity, you will succeed, you are successful... take a deep breath, let it all off your chest, and learn to love yourself...

Submerge Me 03:30
i'll go through the motions, I'lll see it through, but I might never find the words to say to you, with your eyes like tides of the ocean, my voice just can't swim through, pulling me closer to the shore, I'm sure it's you... You're the sun against my skin, you're warm, you're comforting... Submerge me in love so deep, cause I don't want to live if it's without you, drag me down until my heart can't beat, cause I don't want to live if it's with out you Like the sand beneath your feet, I'm the beach, I'll be there, you can always confide in me, I'll hold you up.. I can hold you up... Your the sun against my skin, Your warm your comforting, let my arms just take you in...

Foundations 04:18
I fell asleep, underneath the ceilings and the words you said to me. Make this place, to which you call your home your heart, but don't be like the trees, I know your roots run deep. Don't hesitate to pick up everything and just leave... This house is nothing to pull your hair out about, it's just walls and insulation... We're buried under stress that has consumed our house, we've held it up for years and now it's crashing down. But I'm not giving up I'm gonna dig it out, just breathe. Pushing through debris , the dust has settled now. We're starting over new, we'll build a stronger house. And now I promise you, we're gonna make it out, just breathe. If home is where the heart is, then what's beating in my chest? I won't be tearing down the wall paper, until I'm proudly layed to rest. This house is nothing to tear your heart out about, it's just my home my foundation We played the lottery everyday, so the bank wouldn't take our home away. Foreclose on our childhood memories, but we were no match. And like the warm summer grass, underneath our feet we never seemed to last, up against the cold New England winter. Don't hesitate, just pick up everything, and just leave

these hardwood floors, lying cold beneath bare feet, provide comfort while we walk, past open doors, back in rooms we used to speak, about times we've had before, that was then, this is now, I don't need you to show me, how to lead a life with insecurity, live, love, and move on... dont walk away from, all that you've ever loved... everything's changing, talking about you, that was then, and this is now, I don't need you to show me... you've got to learn to embrace, tiny milestones, and streets to pave, these hard times, our hard times, they've got you buckling down to your knees... this body it's born a vessel to sail our conscious minds, this heart, a beating compass, guide my soul through space and time... It's just the same kids, it's just the same town, go to the same bars, amount to nothing in your life, it's where you live, it's where you die... but this body its born a vessel, to sail our conscious minds, this heart a beating compass, guide my soul through space and time, and there's more to this existence, there's more than meets the eye, life's an open ocean, travel with an open mind... wake up and go to work, not knowing your self worth, no wind left in your sails, anchored to an endless surf, feeling paralyzed, do you have the strength inside, to overcome momentum, and rise above the tide... We're all just holding patterns, just hold on to what matters, there's more to this existence, your life's an open ocean, than what simply meets the eye, travel with an open mind...

my thoughts run like water, in a kitchen sink, it's been years since I've heard you, talking back to me, heaven is where you make it... oh no I don't know in what to believe, dont break my back,, the evidence is so hard to see, when I tell you that, our lives rest in no hands, our hearts just artifacts... it's time to release us, from your jaded ways, so we can stand up straight, clean up the mess we've made i'm my own god, I'm my own savior, adapt and survive, i owe no favors...

Lungs 02:57
I know what you've been through, I know how far you've come, just to see the weight, on your shoulders disappear, as if it never was... you don't know what it does to me, when you drag me down relentlessly, the past ain't what it used to be, but I won't let it get the best of me, cause i've been through some hard times, I've felt my blood begin to rush... pick yourself up, up off the floor, cause I can't stand to see you suffer anymore, take away the weight that holds you down, and steals the air from deep inside those precious, lungs... you don't know what you've done to me, but I won't let you get the best of me cause I've been through some hard times.. I know what you've been through, I know how far you've come, and there's no turning back now, afraid we've taken on to much... let me breathe into your lungs.. you don't know what you do to me, Oh I can't stand, I can't stand to see you suffer anymore, take away the weight that holds you down, and steals the air from deep inside those precious, lungs... you don't know what it does to me... lungs...
